For the company that buys
A company arriving with a demand first receives a reading of what it is asking for: scope, desired deadline, available budget and what already exists in house. That reading becomes a short document, reviewed with the buyer before any supplier is approached.
With the request in writing, USDI looks for those with real capacity to deliver and presents the options side by side, each with its own conditions. The buyer chooses; USDI organizes the chosen option into a single proposal.
After signature the table stays open: deliveries are followed, what was agreed is kept on record, and there is one point of contact, by e-mail, for questions throughout the contract.
